Rega 33/33 Pulley

The Rega 33/33 Pulley is designed to allow two REGA Advanced EBLT drive belts or two REGA Reference EBLT drive belts to rotate the sub platter. We would recommend using the latter.

More energy is created in rotating the sub platter/platter with the use of two belts compared to one, enabling the platter reach the correct speed in half the time.

There is a sonic improvement to be gained from driving the sub platter using two drive belts, which is due to an increase in pitch stability.

Please note that by changing your standard 33/45 REGA Pulley to the REGA 33/33 Pulley, you will not be able to play 45RPM records. The REGA Neo power supply upgrade is available for purchase and comes supplied with the 33/33 Pulley at no cost.

During the process of removing the existing 33/45 pulley, there is a small chance of damage being caused to the motor spindle if care isn’t taken. As a result, the motor will need to be changed to the REGA 24v motor upgrade kit.
