The design of the Clearaudio Ovation appears as timeless as minimalist – maximum music enjoyment needs no embellishment. The precision-machined chassis includes 100,000 metal balls so harmful sounds and resonances stand no chance. Hidden under a 40mm-thick platter made from resonance damping POM is a particularly quiet but effective de-coupled DC motor with high torque.
Due to the Clearaudio Optical Speed Control (OSC) and the ceramic magnetic bearing (CMB), the Ovation achieved synchronization values with minimal tolerances and redefines the standard in its class. This allows audiophile listening to a whole new dimension. The trade journal ‘The Absolute Sound’ chose the Ovation given its superior qualities as their ‘Record Player Of The Year’.

The ingredients are high-density multi-layered wood, titanium, stainless steel V2A, aluminium and specially developed high-performance plastics.
