The client had purchased equipment from us in the past and was now moving home. We know how extremely stressful this can be, and we wanted to ensure that we did all we could to minimise the hassle. After a home visit and discussions about how we could help, we uninstalled the kit, took it back to Home Media HQ to store ‘for the time being’, ready for the system to be reinstalled in the customer’s new home once they are settled in. The client was extremely grateful for our support and we’re delighted to help.
