We are sad to report that our good friend and colleague Ben Pettit passed away peacefully in the early hours of Monday 28th November 2016, having been diagnosed with an aggressive form of bowel cancer in September 2015.
Ben (aged 38) had a very kind and gentle nature and was very well thought of by many of our customers and industry colleagues alike. He joined the Home Media team in 2008 and was a pleasure to work alongside and always conducted himself in a professional and respectful manner. Ben’s technical knowledge earned him the respect of his colleagues and the confidence and trust of many of our customers.
We would very much welcome your memories and thoughts of Ben, as we would like to present them to his wife Nicola and their three very young children aged 10yrs, 5yrs and 16 months.
We have setup a fundraising campaign in the hope of raising £7,500+ to assist Nicola and the children. We would very much appreciate a donation, no matter how small to help Ben’s family during their time of need.
Should you wish to donate, please click the following link: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/simon-burton?utm_id=107&utm_term=vpeGABaeY.
Thank You.
